There are now options for displaying health and mana values on your health/mana bars for you/your party/your target and to display that information either as percentages or as numbers. Or is it gonna be like after patch 2.3 where you can choose in the UI-Meny between, A.-Percentages or B.-Numeric text for Everything Enemytarget,friendlytarget,Raid,Party etc. Will stick it here, cos I personally think than numbers are just more comfortable/accurate and has nothing do with "hardcore": It proofs that since 2.3.0 u can use numberic values for any target in game.
